Other historic attractions to visit include The Carter House and McLemore House African American Museum

The newest attraction you won't want to miss is Arrington Winery and Vineyards, located in the beautiful rolling countryside of Williamson County, just minutes from Franklin. Owned by Kix Brooks of the duo Brooks & Dunn, country music's singing sensation, Arrington Vineyards invites you for a free tasting of their 12 signature wines at the beautifully rustic tasting lodge. The Factory at Franklin is a unique complex of factory buildings that have been restored and transformed into a shopping, dining and entertainment Mecca with restaurants, antiques shops, art galleries and retail stores.

Historic Leiper’s Fork, Franklin’s country cousin, is a charming village located just minutes from downtown Franklin, and is truly a unique mix of city and country with one-of-a kind shops, antiques and an art gallery, as well as plenty of good ole country cookin’ located off the Natchez Trace Parkway.
