And don’t forget to take a tour of the fabulous Ralph Engelstad Arena, the amazing $104 million home of the National Champion University of North Dakota (UND) Men’s Hockey team. If you’re feeling a little hungry, enjoy a delicious dinner at one of our local favorites: the eclectic Blue Moose Bar & Grill has a large outdoor patio overlooking the river and a menu that features Norwegian barbecue ribs and a variety of beers from around the world. Head back to the hotel, change into your green-and-white, then go cheer on the UND football team at the Alerus Center, or maybe experience an exciting sprint car race at the River Cities Speedway. When the stars come out, the fun continues at the trendy Level 10 Lounge, where there’s plenty of mood, martinis and music.
