In the summer you can pick your own strawberries and purchase treats made from the berries. And Rocky Creek ATV Trail offers adrenaline rushes on 20 miles of dirt trails through woods, creeks, fields, and pastures—and it promises plenty of mud, jumps and bridges.
Fish, boat or lounge along the banks of a sparkling 700-acre lake at High Falls State Park. Be entranced by a dramatic waterfall on the Towaliga River, or explore scenic hiking trails leading to 1880s grist mill ruins. Sample the spring waters of Indian Springs State Park—the Creek Indians used this for centuries to heal the sick and impart extra vigor to the healthy. Enjoy the cottages, camping, swimming, fishing and boating. The Dauset Trails Nature Center boasts 1,200 acres of scenic woods, fields, creeks and lakes, farm animals and native live animals including bison and bobcats.
